Every profession recognizes that excellence requires formation. Yet women are expected to navigate identity, relationships, marriage, motherhood, leadership, emotional maturity, purpose, and family life with little or no intentional preparation.
The roles that shape the future of our culture are often the ones for which women receive the least comprehensive formation. We believe this should change.
We keep treating women individually for a problem that is actually structural.If the absence of formation is systemic, the solution needs to be institutional.
