Formation is the ongoing process of developing the mindset, practical skills that enable a woman to achieve the heights of her potential, fulfill her irreplaceable purpose without suppressing her feminine nature.
Our culture has demanded perfection from women without proper formation.
It is not simply what a woman knows that allows her to flourish. It is ultimately her capacity to live every arena well that matters.
The Woman School provides a comprehensive, faculty-led education that equips women to grow in wholeness in her relationships, career, marriage, motherhood, leadership, purpose, health, family, in every season of life.
We believe in the integration of the whole woman because every part of us impacts every part of our life.
We can't go back to the way it was before where fragile femininity told women to be silent and seen as unequal to men, nor can we stay in our current model of fragmented feminism that tells women that only parts of us matter.
We believe that the future of womanhood must be formed femininity; a woman capable of reaching the heights of her potential, fulfilling her irreplaceable purpose without suppressing her feminine nature.
We believe it is time to not simply empower women but to equip her with skill after skill and form her with the tools to flourish in every season of life.
We believe that formation is the missing part of our cultural infrastructure. We must shift our focus from fixing the woman to forming her.
The future of women is not simply achieving freedom, rather to pursue interior freedom, which is the freedom to choose her highest good which ultimately leads to her true happiness. A woman cannot flourish outside of formation.
We are on a mission to reclaim the future of women through formation.

- We believe meaningful relationships and faculty-guided accountability deepen learning and help women integrate what they know into how they live.
