We educate women for careers. Who prepares them for life?
Every profession receives years of training. A woman is handed responsibility for her identity, her health, her marriage, her children, her work, her home, her friendships, and her purpose, and is expected to carry all of it without ever being formed for any of it.
So she consumes. Another book, another podcast, another course. Information without formation produces a woman who knows exactly what she should be doing and still cannot do it.
Formation is different. Formation is structured practice, guided by faculty, alongside other women, over enough time for it to hold.
Women are not overwhelmed because they are weak. They are overwhelmed because they were never formed for the complexity of the life they are expected to carry.

The New Woman Masterclass
A complete formation in the practical skills of a life.
The New Woman Masterclass is the core curriculum of The Woman School Institute. It is comprehensive, skill-based formation designed to help a woman develop the mindset, habits, competencies, and personal architecture needed to flourish in every arena of her life.
It is not a library of content to consume. It is a structured formation with a syllabus, a trained Formator, a Circle of women in the same season, and a standard of completion.
The Curriculum

The Formation Circle
One weekly hour, liveUp to twenty-five women meeting weekly for sixty minutes with one assigned Formator. You select your Formation Circle after enrollment.

Your student portal opens on enrollment, with the full curriculum, lessons, and materials.

Attend your Circle
Circle details are sent to you before your start date. You meet weekly with your Formator and your Circle.

Graduate
Complete the formation and receive your Certificate of Formation from the Institute.

The Formation Circle

Every student is placed in a Formation Circle of no more than twenty-five women, led by a trained Formator who guides discussion, supports practice, and holds her accountable to the work.
This is the difference between a course you abandon in week three and a formation you finish. Someone is expecting you.
