The Woman School Institute
Last updated 12 August 2026
These Terms govern your use of this website and your enrollment in any program offered by The Woman School Institute. Please read them before you enroll. They form a binding agreement between you and us.
The Woman School Institute (the "Institute," "we," "us," or "our") is a program of Wholeness Education, LLC, a Florida limited liability company with a principal address at 6070 National Blvd, Unit 223, Ave Maria, FL 34142, United States. Wholeness Education, LLC is the contracting party for all enrollments and the entity to which tuition is payable. We provide support by email at [email protected].
"You" and "Student" mean the individual who accesses this website, enrolls in a program, or otherwise uses our services. Where an employer, parish, campus, diocese, or other organization has enrolled you, that organization is referred to as the "Sponsoring Institution."
By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry or application, creating a student account, enrolling in a program, or making any tuition payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Tuition and Withdrawal Policy, each of which is incorporated here by reference.
If you do not agree, do not use this website and do not enroll.
Where you sign a separate enrollment agreement, partnership agreement, or institutional agreement with us, that document governs to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
Our adult programs are offered to women who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By enrolling, you represent that you are eighteen or older and legally able to enter into a binding contract.
Programs designed for participants under eighteen are offered only through a Sponsoring Institution or with the written consent and enrollment of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on the minor's behalf and remains responsible for all tuition obligations.
This website is not directed to children under thirteen (13), and we do not knowingly collect information from them. See our Privacy Policy for more.
The Institute offers supplemental, non-degree education and formation programs for adult women, covering personal development, character, relationships, and life design. Programs are delivered through written curriculum, recorded lessons, practical assignments, and live Formation Circles led by trained faculty and Guides.
Important Disclosure
The Institute's programs are not designed or intended to qualify participants or graduates for employment. They are intended solely for avocation, personal enrichment, and personal development.
The Institute is not an accredited postsecondary institution. It does not grant academic degrees, does not award transferable academic credit, and is not authorized to certify students for any occupational license or credential. Certificates of completion recognize participation and completion of Institute curriculum only.
The Institute does not participate in federal or state student financial aid programs, and tuition is not eligible for federal student loans or Title IV funding.
We use terms such as "student," "faculty," "tuition," "curriculum," "class," and "academic term" to describe the structure and seriousness of our formation model. Their use does not imply accreditation, degree-granting authority, or state licensure as a postsecondary institution.
We do not guarantee any particular outcome, result, income, relationship, or life change from participation. Results depend on individual effort, circumstance, and application.
Enrollment is complete when you submit an enrollment form, accept these Terms, and submit tuition in full or begin an approved payment plan. Enrollment is personal to you and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or assigned to another person without our written consent.
Formation Circles have limited capacity. Seats are reserved on confirmation of enrollment, and faculty assignments and program resources are committed on that basis.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any enrollment at our discretion, including where an application is incomplete or inaccurate, where payment cannot be verified, or where enrollment would conflict with these Terms. Where we decline an enrollment for reasons other than your breach of these Terms, we will refund tuition paid.
Program schedules, faculty assignments, Circle groupings, meeting times, and delivery formats may change. We will make reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes.
Tuition is stated at the point of enrollment in United States dollars and is exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes, bank fees, currency conversion charges, and card fees associated with your payment.
By enrolling, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your designated payment method for the full tuition amount, or, where you have selected a payment plan, for each scheduled installment on its due date, until your full tuition obligation is satisfied.
A payment plan is an installment arrangement for a single full tuition obligation. It is not a subscription, a membership, or a month-to-month service, and it does not automatically continue past the tuition obligation it covers.
If a scheduled payment fails, we may retry the charge, request an alternate payment method, suspend access to curriculum and Formation Circles until the account is current, and pursue collection of the outstanding balance. You remain responsible for any costs of collection, including reasonable attorney fees, permitted by Florida law.
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for tuition that is due under our Tuition and Withdrawal Policy, we may suspend your access pending resolution and respond with your enrollment record, access logs, and acceptance of these Terms.
We may change tuition and fees for future terms at any time. Changes do not affect tuition already agreed for a term you are enrolled in.
Enrollment in a Formation Circle represents a commitment for the full academic term and reserves one of a limited number of student seats. Faculty assignments, Formation Circle capacity, academic resources, and Institute services are established based upon confirmed enrollment. Students also receive access to proprietary Woman School Institute curriculum and educational materials.
Students may request cancellation within seven (7) calendar days of enrollment, provided that the student has not:
If these conditions are met, tuition paid will be refunded. Requests must be submitted in writing to the address in Section 25 and are effective on the date we receive them.
Once the seven-day cancellation period has expired, the student has attended a live Formation Circle, or proprietary curriculum has been materially accessed, whichever occurs first, tuition becomes non-refundable and the student's full tuition commitment remains due.
Students may withdraw from participation in their Formation Circle at any time. However, withdrawal after the cancellation period does not eliminate, reduce, or prorate the student's tuition obligation.
A tuition payment plan is an installment arrangement for the full tuition obligation and is not a month-to-month membership or subscription. Once the cancellation period has ended, students enrolled through a payment plan remain responsible for all remaining scheduled tuition payments, even if they discontinue participation in the program.
Students experiencing documented extraordinary circumstances may submit a written request for administrative review. Any exception to this policy is granted at the sole discretion of The Woman School Institute and does not modify the Institute's general tuition policy or establish entitlement to a refund.
If The Woman School Institute cancels a Formation Circle and is unable to offer the student a suitable alternative Formation Circle, the Institute will provide an appropriate refund of tuition paid for the cancelled program.
By completing enrollment, the student acknowledges that she has reviewed and accepted the Tuition and Withdrawal Policy and understands that enrollment represents a financial commitment for the full academic term.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
Accounts are for a single named student. Sharing credentials, streaming lessons to non-enrolled viewers, or providing access to anyone who has not enrolled is a material breach of these Terms.
Unless stated otherwise at enrollment, curriculum access is provided for the duration of your program term plus any stated post-term access window. Access is not perpetual. We may modify, update, or retire course content, platforms, and delivery methods.
We rely on third-party platforms to deliver curriculum and community. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, and scheduled maintenance, outages, or platform changes may temporarily affect availability.
All curriculum, lessons, videos, audio recordings, workbooks, guides, frameworks, diagrams, assessments, worksheets, slide decks, written content, photography, and design on this website and within our programs are the property of Wholeness Education, LLC, its licensors, or January Donovan, and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade secret law.
"The Woman School," "The Woman School Institute," "Feminine Formation," "Formation Circle," "New Woman Masterclass," the Wholeness Arena wheel, and associated logos and marks are our trademarks or registered trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
On enrollment and payment, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the curriculum for your own formation during your program term. You may download or print materials where we expressly make them available for download, for your personal use only.
Facilitation and licensing rights are granted only under a separate written agreement, such as our Guide, Ambassador, or institutional partnership agreements.
You retain ownership of reflections, written work, and other content you create and submit. By submitting content to a Formation Circle, community space, or Institute platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute it within that program space for the purpose of delivering the program.
You agree not to:
Formation Circles depend on trust. Women share personal experiences in them, and the value of the Circle rests on every member honoring that.
Confidentiality Expectation
What is shared in a Formation Circle stays in the Formation Circle. You agree not to repeat, publish, post, forward, or otherwise disclose the personal disclosures of another student outside your Circle, in any form, including anonymized retellings on social media.
You agree to arrive prepared, participate respectfully, honor the time and voice of other students, and follow the direction of your Guide or faculty member.
This confidentiality expectation is a contractual commitment among students. It is not a legal privilege. It does not create a therapist, counselor, attorney, or clergy relationship, and it does not prevent us or any student from making a disclosure required by law, including reports concerning abuse, neglect, or an imminent risk of harm.
Some Institute sessions, events, and live teachings are recorded for curriculum, training, or promotional use. Where a session is recorded, we will tell you before the recording begins, and you may keep your camera off, decline to speak on camera, or ask that your contribution be excluded.
You may not record any Institute session yourself without our prior written permission.
If you provide a testimonial, review, or written endorsement, you grant us permission to use it, along with your first name, last initial, and general location, in Institute marketing across any medium, unless you tell us otherwise in writing. You may withdraw that permission for future use at any time by contacting us. Testimonials reflect individual experience and are not a promise of results.
The Institute provides education and formation. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, therapeutic, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and no content in our programs should be treated as such.
Our guides, faculty, and staff are not acting as your physician, licensed therapist, counselor, attorney, or financial advisor, whatever their other credentials may be. Participation does not create any of those relationships.
Do not disregard, delay, or discontinue professional care because of anything you read, hear, or discuss in an Institute program. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact emergency services or a licensed professional immediately. In the United States, you can call or text 988 to reach the Suicide and Crisis Lifeline.
Where our programs are offered in a faith-based context, spiritual and catechetical content is offered for formation and does not substitute for the pastoral care, counsel, or sacramental ministry of your own parish or clergy.
Where a parish, campus, diocese, employer, or other organization enrolls or sponsors students, the written agreement between us and that organization governs pricing, term, enrollment limits, and payment. The Sponsoring Institution is responsible for fees; individual students remain bound by these Terms in all other respects.
If your sponsorship ends, is not continued, or is terminated, your access to Institute curriculum through that sponsorship ends with it. We may offer you the option to continue as an individually enrolled student.
We may share limited participation information, such as enrollment counts, attendance, and completion status, with a Sponsoring Institution for program administration. We do not share the personal content of your reflections or Circle disclosures with a Sponsoring Institution.
By providing your email address, you agree to receive administrative and transactional messages about your enrollment, payments, schedule, and access. These are not marketing messages and you cannot opt out of them while enrolled. If you opt in to marketing email, you may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message.
The Woman School Institute provides an SMS messaging program for prospective and enrolled students who voluntarily opt in through our website, enrollment forms, or other registration forms using a dedicated SMS consent checkbox. By providing your mobile number and expressly consenting, you agree to receive text messages from The Woman School Institute regarding your inquiries, applications, enrollment, educational programs, student support, appointments, class reminders, account notifications, and occasional program updates.
SMS consent is collected through website forms containing a separate, unchecked checkbox specifically requesting permission to receive SMS communications. Consent to receive SMS messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any product, enrolling in any educational program, or receiving any service.
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with us, but typically ranges from 2 to 6 messages per month.
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.
Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS communications unless you opt in again.
Reply HELP for assistance, or email [email protected]. Institute support is provided by email. We do not offer telephone support.
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our SMS program is supported by most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and regional carriers. Compatibility may vary by carrier.
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our SMS messaging program.
Information collected through our SMS program is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and SMS consent will never be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Our SMS messaging program complies with all applicable federal and state regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices.
Our website and programs rely on third-party platforms for hosting, payment processing, course delivery, community, email, and video conferencing. Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We may link to third-party websites, books, or resources. We do not control them, do not endorse everything they contain, and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices.
We may suspend or terminate your access to any program, community, or platform, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, fail to keep your account current, share or misuse curriculum, or engage in conduct that harms other students or the integrity of a Formation Circle.
Dismissal for cause does not entitle you to a refund and does not relieve you of your remaining tuition obligation.
Sections concerning intellectual property, confidentiality, payment obligations, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive the end of your enrollment.
THE WEBSITE, CURRICULUM, PROGRAMS, AND ALL RELATED MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE OR PROGRAMS WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY PARTICULAR RESULT WILL BE ACHIEVED.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER WHOLENESS EDUCATION, LLC, NOR ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, FACULTY, GUIDES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE OR PARTICIPATION IN ANY PROGRAM, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR ENROLLMENT WILL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF TUITION YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wholeness Education, LLC and its members, officers, employees, faculty, guides, contractors, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of our curriculum or trademarks, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of any third party.
If you have a concern, contact us in writing before taking any formal action. Both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days after written notice.
If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and we agree that it will be settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Collier County, Florida, or by videoconference at the arbitrator's discretion. The arbitrator's award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AND WE AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE WILL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. THE ARBITRATOR MAY NOT CONSOLIDATE THE CLAIMS OF MORE THAN ONE PERSON.
Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. Either party may also seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Subject to Section 21, the exclusive venue for any action is the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with its effective date. Material changes affecting enrolled students will be communicated by email or through your student account.
Continued use of the website or participation in a program after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Changes do not retroactively alter the tuition obligation of a term you are already enrolled in.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any signed enrollment or institutional agreement, are the entire agreement between us regarding your enrollment.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force and the unenforceable provision is modified to the minimum extent necessary.
No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets.
Force majeure. We are not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disaster, hurricane, epidemic, utility or platform failure, or government action.
Headings. Section headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
