Designing a marriage that feels fully alive.
A full year of access · Begin the moment you enroll
Somewhere along the way, marriage can quietly shift from building a life together to managing the life you've built.
Maybe your marriage is good. You've built a life together. Raised children. Navigated difficult seasons. Celebrated victories. Carried responsibilities.
But most of the conversation has become logistics.
What do we still dream about?
Who are we becoming?
What do we want our next season to look like?
Maybe it's time to do it again.
You've changed. He's changed. Life has changed. Every new season creates an opportunity to sit down together and intentionally ask what you want to build now.
Marriage isn't only something you preserve. It's something you continue to form.
Marriage by Design is built to be watched side by side. Every class ends with a workbook and a homework walkthrough, because the work of the program happens in the conversation the two of you have afterward.
A full year of access. Begin the moment you enroll, and join any live class within your year.
The live class is a twelve week session led by a Formator couple, trained by the Institute to teach it. You and your husband walk through it alongside other couples. After you enroll, you choose how to begin.
Either way, your lessons, workbooks, and bonuses open the same day. You can join any class that begins with at least twelve weeks left on your year.
One class a week. One conversation after each one.
Couples who finish this program are rarely the ones with the most time. They are the ones who chose a night, protected it, and kept showing up for it. The curriculum gives you the structure. The two of you supply the evening.
The program moves from the way you think, to the dreams you carry, to the skills you build, to the wealth and family culture you leave behind.
They are only taught how to survive one.
These are not extras added to fill a curriculum. Each one exists because couples kept asking for it: a template to dream on paper, a class on the sacred side of marriage, and a planning pack that turns the whole thing into a calendar.
The worksheet the dreaming classes are built around. Two columns, one shared page, and a structure for the conversation most couples have been meaning to have for years.
A planning system for putting the eight arenas of your life on an actual calendar, taught alongside the life script session.
Know your value without requiring the other person to continually prove it to you.
Learn to respond intentionally rather than living reactively.
Express yourselves clearly and listen more effectively.
Love generously without abandoning yourself.
Develop greater capacity for the life and relationships you're carrying.
Strengthen respect, connection, and the sacred space of marriage.
Bring two people with dreams, gifts, and direction into the marriage.
Intentionally build the environment and legacy you want to create together.
Learn how to become people capable of building an increasingly healthy marriage without losing yourselves inside it.
This is a program for couples, and it is best done together. But many women begin it before their husband is willing to sit down. That is a legitimate way to start.
This formation cannot control or change your husband.
But it can help form you.
You cannot do both sides of a marriage.
But you can become increasingly equipped for yours.

No summary from us. Their marriages, their words, unedited.
These couples completed Marriage by Design as part of an earlier mastermind cohort that met live with January and Ryan. Their experience is their own. Formation is education, and results depend on the work each couple does.
It's to keep becoming together.
You don't have to have every answer today. But you can begin becoming more equipped for the marriage you want to build.

Formation is education. It is not a substitute for professional help, counseling, or safety intervention. If you are experiencing abuse or feel unsafe in your relationship, please reach out to a licensed professional or, in the United States, the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233. Better boundaries and a stronger mindset are not a remedy for abuse, and your safety comes first.
