The Need

Women have received more education than ever before.

But where is a woman taught how to build a whole life? Our schools prepare women academically and professionally, then leave the rest to trial and error.

The Wholeness Arena · Formation for every arena of life

Most women enter adulthood without training in the areas that shape every ordinary day.

  • Identity
  • Emotional maturity
  • Relationships
  • Marriage
  • Motherhood
  • Work
  • Health
  • Friendship
  • Leadership
  • Purpose

The Woman School exists to provide the formation that traditional education does not.

The Institution

Education informs.
Formation integrates.

Formation is the ongoing work of developing the mindset, practical skills, habits, self-knowledge, and relational capacity required to live well. It helps a woman take what she knows and build it into the way she lives.

Mission

To reclaim the flourishing future of women through comprehensive feminine formation.

We prepare women not only for professional achievement, but for the fullness of life.

Vision

The trusted institution women return to in every season.

A student may first enroll in college and return as a professional, a newlywed, a mother, a leader, a mentor, and eventually a member of the faculty.

Method

Curriculum, classroom, and accountability held together.

Technology delivers the curriculum. Faculty makes it formation. Neither works alone.

  • Women possess inherent dignity.
  • Knowledge must become practical wisdom.
  • Womanhood is not a limitation to overcome.
  • Formation is lifelong.
  • Opportunity without formation can leave women fragmented.
  • Relationships and accountability deepen learning.
  • Women flourish when their lives become integrated.
  • Formed women create generational impact.
Academic Catalog

Formation for every season of life.

Each program combines a complete curriculum, practical assignments, a live faculty-led classroom, and a community of women in the same season.

The Classroom Model

Online education should not mean learning alone.

Technology delivers the curriculum.
Faculty makes it formation.

Every student is placed in a small classroom led by a trained formator who guides discussion, encourages practical application, and holds her accountable to the work. You choose your formator, your day, and your time before you enroll.

The Faculty

Every student deserves a formator who knows her name.

The Woman School is faculty-centered, not content-centered. Our formators are trained to guide discussion, support application, and hold a classroom culture of excellence and honesty.

Beyond the Classroom

A movement awakens women.
A school forms them.

Books, gatherings, essays, and partnerships extend the work of the institution to women who have not yet enrolled.

The Feminine Revival

A new era of formed femininity.

A cultural movement inviting women beyond fragmentation and into formation, carried through the book, the national speaking tour, media, local gatherings, and the coming Feminine Revival Convocation.

The Revival creates awareness. The School provides the pathway.

Our Founding

Built from a question women kept asking.

For decades, January Donovan worked with women across cultures, professions, vocations, and seasons of life. Again and again she met intelligent, capable women who had never received an integrated education for how to live well.

The Woman School was created to answer that need. Not with another collection of inspirational ideas, but with a formation methodology, a faculty, and an academic structure designed for the whole woman.

Your formation begins here.

You do not need more information to consume. You need a pathway that helps you integrate what matters and become the woman you are called to be.

The future of women is formed.
