Wholeness Coaching Certification
A twelve week certification in the Wholeness Coaching method, open to women currently in the New Woman Masterclass and to graduates. Use it to walk a woman through the same formation, or wherever you already serve.
Why this exists
It happens in nearly every circle. A woman comes for her own formation, does the work, and somewhere around the middle of the course she starts looking around the room differently. She sees the friend who is stuck where she used to be stuck. She starts wondering whether she could help.
Wanting to help is not the same as knowing how. Most women who feel that pull have no training in it, so they do what people do without training: they give advice, they fix, they carry what is not theirs to carry, and they burn out inside a year.
This certification exists for that woman. It teaches the method behind the Masterclass, not the content of it. How to hold space instead of filling it. How to ask the question underneath the question. How to challenge a woman forward without pushing her. How to know what is yours to hold and what is not. Because it is the method and not the material, you can use it to walk a woman through the Masterclass, or you can use it in the work you are already doing.
What certification is
Nine live teaching sessions covering the full Wholeness Coaching framework, from the foundational method through group dynamics and situational strategy.
Three sessions are live coaching labs. You coach, you are coached, and you observe, with direct feedback in the room while it is still fresh.
Your work in the labs is scored against a written rubric. Certification is conferred by the Institute on the strength of that evaluation, not on attendance.
Once certified, you carry it. How you use it, who you serve, and in what setting is your decision to make.
The twelve weeks
Each cluster of skills is followed immediately by a lab, so you practice what you just learned rather than saving it all for the end. Sessions run sixty to ninety minutes.
The framework the rest of the certification rests on, and what separates it from advice, therapy, and mentorship.
Meeting a woman where she actually is rather than where the curriculum assumes she is.
Presence before technique. What it costs to stay in the room with someone without reaching for a solution.
You coach, you are coached, you observe. Feedback in the room.
Finding the question underneath the question, and learning to wait after you have asked it.
Hearing what is said, what is avoided, and what is being said around the thing.
Moving a woman toward action without pushing her, and knowing the difference.
Questions, listening, and challenge, run together in a full exchange.
The full arc of a session, and how sessions connect across time.
What changes when there are ten women in the room instead of one.
Bringing the arenas together, and helping a woman build something she can actually live.
A complete coaching session evaluated against the certification rubric.
The work is not telling her what you learned. It is helping her find what she already knows.
Before the cohort begins
Two modules to complete on your own schedule before the first live session, so the live time stays on skill.
Included as bonus material
Eleven recorded lessons, offered for your own development and use. This material sits outside the certification requirements.

Dr. EveThe method
January Donovan is the founder of The Woman School Institute and the author of the New Woman Masterclass. A Forbes recognized bestselling author, a graduate of Franciscan University, and a mother of eight, she has spent more than twenty five years forming women, with students in more than fifty countries.
The Wholeness Coaching method is the framework underneath everything she teaches. It is rooted in objective truth, the integration of the whole person, and practical skill a woman can use in every season of her life.
This certification is how that method is handed on.
Certification attests to training and evaluation in a method. It confirms that you have completed the Wholeness Coaching curriculum and been evaluated against the Institute's standard. It does not confer a license to practice therapy, counseling, spiritual direction, or any regulated profession.
Certification is required for appointment as a Formator. It is not itself an appointment. Formators facilitate Formation Circles inside the Institute's partnerships with parishes, campuses, and other institutions. Formators are appointed by the Institute as those partnerships require them. Certification places you in the pool from which those appointments are made.
The Business Skill Training is bonus material. It is included for your own development and use. It is not part of the certification requirements, and no ongoing business coaching, marketing support, or client acquisition assistance is provided with it.
The Institute makes no representation regarding income. What you do with this credential, and what results from it, is yours to determine.

Applications are reviewed individually. If your application moves forward, we will schedule a conversation to talk through the program and whether this is the right season for it.
